Finance Administrator – (fully remote) Must be based in Kent Salary: £26,400 – £28,000 6 month contract with a high chance of being extended We are recruiting for an experienced and highly organised Collections Specialist to join our client\’s finance team. This role is fully remote, but applicants must be based in Kent to allow for occasional in-person meetings or training. The successful candidate will have a strong background in income processing, excellent attention to detail, and must be proficient in Oracle financial systems. Key Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for income-related queries Accurately receipt, bank, and allocate income in accordance with financial procedures and deadlines Reconcile accounts Process and maintain financial records Oversee the administration of the Direct Debit process Assist in resolving complex income issues and escalate where necessary Provide clear and informed financial guidance to internal and external contactsKey requirements: Strong experience in income processing or financial collections Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Oracle High level of accuracy, numeracy, and analytical ability Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Confident managing sensitive information and customer enquiries Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and OutlookRequirements: Must be based in Kent Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
