Overview: Location: Gravesend β€” Contract Type: Short term Temporary (with potential to be extended) β€” Salary: 35,000

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm, professional first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff, and visitors
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and daily reception duties
  • Maintain and update student records across school systems
  • Support attendance monitoring and reporting tasks
  • Assist with admissions, enrolment, and general pupil administration
  • Prepare documents, letters, and communication materials
  • Support staff with administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling
  • Contribute to the coordination of school events, meetings, and activities
  • Keep the office environment organised and efficient

Qualifications:
