We are currently recruiting for an experienced Hard FM Supervisor (M&E) on behalf of our client. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and technically skilled professional to support the delivery of building maintenance services across a varied property portfolio.
In this role, you will oversee the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget while meeting all statutory and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Overseeing delivery of Hard FM (M&E) maintenance through contractors and supply chain partners
- Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works to meet deadlines
- Monitoring contractor performance and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
- Providing technical advice on building services across various sites
- Supporting capital projects, minor works, and improvement programmes
- Ensuring compliance with safety, statutory, and energy efficiency standards
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
- Managing budgets and ensuring works align with organisational objectives
- Maintaining accurate records and performance data within FM systems
- Proven experience in Hard FM or building services (M&E)
- Experience managing contractors and maintenance programmes
- Good knowledge of building compliance, health & safety, and regulations
- Experience working to budgets and delivering results
