Due to continued growth, our client based in Medway are currently seeking a Customer Support Executive to join their expanding team. Chatham Start: ASAP Hybrid working: 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office. Key duties: Resolving new and existing customer issues quickly and efficiently Nurturing existing customer relationships Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service. Resilience and the ability to cope with difficult conversations. Ability to work effectively in a team.
