An exciting opportunity has opened in our Maidstone Huntress office for a bright individual with impeccable written communication skills to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. Our office is fast-moving and social, often winning regular days out in London for high performance. The role is a newly created position which will work closely with and support our Associate Director and Client Director.
Responsibilities:
- Create marketing materials and client decks.
- Write tenders from our existing library of pre-developed content.
- Deliver creative campaigns in line with our 2026 strategy.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns and outreach.
- Organise and prioritise their busy work schedules.
The Successful Candidate will be:
- Comfortable working at pace, with competing priorities.
- Excited to get involved, shape campaigns and develop materials for the team.
- Confident writing, editing and proof-reading all types of content: website, presentations, long answers, tenders, marketing materials etc.
- Adept at using AI strategically (without losing writing style).
Required:
- Experience writing, editing and proof-reading.
- Experience creating visual, on-brand content (presentations).
- Genuine enthusiasm for writing and content development.
- Strong organisational skills, keen to embed structure into a busy, KPI-orientated office.
