About the Role
Our client, a well-regarded education provider based in Medway, is seeking an experienced and highly organised Examinations Manager to lead and manage all aspects of the examinations process. This is a pivotal role, ensuring the smooth planning, administration, and delivery of internal and external examinations in line with awarding body and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full examinations cycle, including entries, timetabling, invigilation, and results
- Act as the main point of contact for awarding bodies and external agencies
- Ensure compliance with JCQ, awarding body and regulatory requirements
- Line manage and train examinations and invigilation staff
- Oversee access arrangements, special considerations, and exam concessions
- Maintain accurate records, policies, and procedures
- Manage exam-day logistics and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Support senior leaders with reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement
