We are currently recruiting for a Medical Administrator on behalf of our client based in Boston. This is a full-time, on-site position working 8:30am-4:30pm, initially offered as a six-month contract with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee administrative processes to support the efficient delivery of clinical services.
  • Manage patient bookings, referrals, waiting lists, and associated documentation.
  • Ensure medical records and data systems are accurately maintained in line with GDPR and confidentiality standards.
  • Support clinicians with reports, clinic preparation, data entry, and general operational administration.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within healthcare or a regulated environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of information accurately.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and database systems.
  • Ability to work proactively, manage competing priorities, and maintain professionalism at all times.
