We are recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join a large organisation in Boston on an initial 6-month contract, with strong potential for extension.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex employee relations casework including absence, performance, grievance and disciplinary
- Provide expert HR advice and coaching to managers
- Support organisational change and workforce initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience at HR Manager / HR Business Partner level
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Confident handling complex ER cases in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
