We are recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join a large organisation in Boston on an initial 6-month contract, with strong potential for extension.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex employee relations casework including absence, performance, grievance and disciplinary
  • Provide expert HR advice and coaching to managers
  • Support organisational change and workforce initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies

Requirements

  • Proven experience at HR Manager / HR Business Partner level
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
