Our client, an electrical distribution company is currently seeking Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in processing orders, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.

Do you have experience in customer service and administration?

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless order processing and fulfilment.
Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and other relevant information in our databaseQualifications:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks efficiently.
