We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Administration Coordinator to join a busy and growing team based in Kent. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys coordinating activities, liaising with different people and delivering excellent customer service within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative activity across the team and wider business.
- Act as a first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, providing a professional and responsive service.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, managers and external partners to resolve queries and keep work moving.
- Prepare documentation, correspondence, reports and presentations.
- Produce regular reports on activity, service levels and completion rates.
- Support process improvement and help develop more efficient ways of working.
- Handle general administrative duties including emails, filing, data entry and post.
Customer Service Responsibilities
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service to all internal and external contacts.
- Respond to queries by phone and email promptly, taking ownership through to resolution.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow up to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and third-party providers.
- Support new starters and colleagues with administrative processes and system guidance.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure all activity complies with company policies and relevant legislation.
