Part-Time Admin Assistant Location: Maidstone Salary: £15-£16 an hour Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Part-time, on-site We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a detail-driven and reliable Part-Time Admin Assistant to join their team 3-4 days a week. This is a varied support role, working closely with the Payroll Manager. Key Responsibilities: Preparing, updating and maintaining accurate documents, records and spreadsheets Data entry and keeping internal systems up to date Managing filing systems, both digital and paper-based Answering phone calls and handling emails and general enquiries Preparing correspondence, reports and documents as required Handling incoming and outgoing post Arranging meetings and maintaining diaries where needed Ordering and monitoring office supplies Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism Supporting managers with ad hoc duties as requiredSkills & Experience Required: Excellent attention to detail Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and Word An understanding of the importance of confidentiality Well-organised and able to manage a varied workloadIf you are a reliable and organised administrator looking for a flexible part-time role within a friendly team, we would love to hear from you.
