We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Training Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in Morley. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for a varied role, supporting the coordination of training and ensuring compliance across the business.
Morley | 6-Month Temporary Contract (Potential to be Extended) Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm | Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm Fully Office Based
Please note: You must be available to start week commencing 27th July 2026.
Key Responsibilities- Booking and coordinating internal and external training courses
- Maintaining and monitoring training and compliance trackers
- Ensuring all workers remain compliant with mandatory training requirements
- Liaising with managers and employees regarding training schedules and renewals
- Acting as the first point of contact on reception and providing a professional front of house service
- Answering and directing calls via the main switchboard
- Managing meeting room bookings and general office administration
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
- Providing administrative support to the wider team as required
- Carrying out a variety of ad hoc administrative duties
- Previous administration experience within a busy office environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
