I am recruiting for a temporary Student Information Officer to join a well established Educational organisation based in Manchester.This fast paced and exciting organisation is looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good customer service background.
Starting ASAP for 4-6 weeks
Responsibilities include:
- Administer the induction and enrolment process for all students
- Receiving and recording eligibility documents
- Administer the process for students who intermit, transfer and withdraw from the course
- Administer the student attendance recording system ensuring that student attendance, absences and class swaps are recorded accurately and the information held is up to date
- Provide administrative support to the Learning Support tutors
- Ensure sufficient stocks of stationery – ordering and replenishing stocks as necessary
- Providing an up to date service to students looking for accommodation
- Keep up-to-date files of all paperwork
- Input and keep records relating to overtime payments for teaching staff, invigilators and visiting lecturers on a monthly basis
