Senior Sales Administrator β Key Accounts Location: Bradford, fully office based Salary: Β£26,000-Β£30,000 DOE The Company: Our client is a well-established and growing organisation that prides itself on delivering outstanding service to its customers. Following a period of sustained growth, they are now seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Sales Administrator to join their expanding team. The Role: This newly created position will play a key role in supporting the company\βs continued success. The Senior Sales Administrator will take responsibility for managing key customer accounts, overseeing day-to-day sales administration activities, and providing guidance to two junior administrators. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing data, order processing, and customer relationships within a busy commercial environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee the administration of key customer accounts, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and service. Process sales orders, track deliveries, and maintain up-to-date and accurate records across internal systems. Lead and support two junior administrators, providing training, guidance, and day-to-day direction. Prepare and analyse sales data and reports using Excel Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Act as a main point of contact for key clients, responding to queries promptly and professionally. Identify and implement improvements to administrative processes and workflows. Support with pricing updates, ad-hoc reporting, and general sales tracking. The Ideal Candidate Demonstrable experience within a Sales Administration or Account Support role, ideally at senior or team lead level. Strong Excel and data management skills, with the ability to interpret and report on key trends. Excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail. Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the confidence to build and maintain relationships. Previous experience supporting or mentoring junior colleagues.
