Part Time Personal Assistant\\n Temporary contract until May 2025 (with potential to go permanent)\\n £35,000 – £40,000 FTE | 20-25 hours per week | Flexible hours (school hours, mornings or four days per week) Leeds Based\\n\\nWe are working on a confidential basis to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant to support a high-net-worth individual with a fast-paced mix of personal and professional commitments. This role requires someone highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities with discretion.\\n\\nThe role will include:\\n\\nProviding 1:1 PA support, managing a complex diary and prioritising commitments\\nHandling personal and household payments (projects, charities, nanny, tutors, household staff, contractors, cleaners, security, etc.)\\nManaging administration for personal assets, including cars (tax, MOT, insurance, servicing, tyres and fuel)\\nLiaising with the accountant on personal and professional-related finances\\nOverseeing household and family-related administration, ensuring payments are accurate and timely\\nActing as the main point of contact for suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders\\nSupporting both at the office in LS1 and at the individual's home office when required LS17The ideal candidate:\\n\\nProven experience working as a 1:1 PA to a senior executive or high-net-worth individual\\nStrong understanding of payments and financial administration\\nConfident using Excel, Google Docs and Xero accounting software\\nHighly organised, proactive, and able to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment\\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills\\nProfessional, discreet, and adaptable, with the ability to balance personal and business supportThis is a fantastic opportunity for a professional PA who thrives in a varied and demanding role, where no two days are the same.
