We\’re partnering with a standout, forward-thinking firm in Leeds City Centre in their search for a super-organised, proactive Personal Assistant to support two dynamic Partners and their wider high-performing team. This is a rare opportunity to take over from a long-standing PA and make the role your own, working closely with senior leaders in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. What You\’ll Be Doing This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, loves being the go-to person, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You\’ll be a true right hand to the team – anticipating needs, staying ahead of the curve, and keeping everything on track. Key responsibilities include: Managing complex diaries and coordinating international travel Leading on billing and reporting (a core part of the role – confidence with numbers is key!) Liaising with the finance team to prepare slick client billing reports Handling client and project set-up, and ensuring seamless ongoing coordination Supporting business development activity, including bids, tenders, and events Acting as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders What We\’re Looking For We\’re after a confident and capable PA who\’s ready to hit the ground running. You\’ll ideally have 3-4 years of experience in a similar environment (professional services or corporate) and be used to supporting senior-level professionals.
