Are you available immediately and can commit to a long term temporary assignment in a Customer Service environment? Have you had previous customer service experience, e.g. within retail, hospitality or call centre? This is a fantastic opportunity to undertake work within a customer service environment, working for a firm who are growing rapidly.
As a Customer Service employee, you will work on the telephone and email and be polite and courteous at all times.
Salary: £12.71 p/h
Working Hours:
- Training hours will be 9 to 5.30 in Morley head office for two full weeks.
- Once trained, it will be working from home but compulsory office days are Tuesday and Wednesday.
- The hours of work will be: Monday to Friday 1pm to 7pm (Total = 30 hours)
Duties will include:
- Contract maintenance
- Maintenance of the database, with daily analysis
- Liaise with the Management Team regarding daily support activities
- Liaise with internal and external support services to resolve daily issues affecting customers
- Escalate issues in a timely and effective manner
- Proactively support the business to customer delivery service
- Provide enquiry resolution support to internal and external parties within targeted service levels
- Distribution of daily activity reports to external service providers
- Dealing with customer queries via webchat
- Responding to customer emails
- Building a strong customer rapport
- General office administration duties as and when required
Who we're looking for:
The ideal candidate will be someone who can offer good customer service skills and previous experience within a telephone-based customer service environment would be a benefit but not essential. If you can communicate effectively and empathise with customers, please consider these roles. You will have a high level of attention to detail, be competent with IT and have good written English.
