My client based on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Operative to join their team. This is a hands-on role working for a busy Manufacturer handling customer orders, deliveries, and stock management.

Location: Leeds

Salary: £25,500

Hours: Mon-Thurs 08:30-17:30 | Fri 08:30-16:30

The role:

  • Operate a counterbalance forklift safely to move goods around the warehouse
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders
  • Load and unload deliveries
  • Process incoming stock
  • Perform stock checks
  • Handle customer returns and ensure orders are ready for collection
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised warehouse environment
  • Follow all health and safety policies and procedures at all times
  • Carry out quality checks and basic paperwork

The ideal candidate:

  • Valid counterbalance forklift licence
  • Ideally 2 years' experience working in a Warehouse environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
