We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Training Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in Morley. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for a varied role, supporting the coordination of training and ensuring compliance across the business.

Morley | 6-Month Temporary Contract (Potential to be Extended)

Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm | Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm

Fully Office Based

Please note: You must be available to start week commencing 27th July 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Booking and coordinating internal and external training courses
  • Maintaining and monitoring training and compliance trackers
  • Ensuring all workers remain compliant with mandatory training requirements
  • Liaising with managers and employees regarding training schedules and renewals
  • Acting as the first point of contact on reception and providing a professional front of house service
  • Answering and directing calls via the main switchboard
  • Managing meeting room bookings and general office administration
  • Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team as required
  • Carrying out a variety of ad hoc administrative duties
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous administration experience within a busy office environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • A clear and concise communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Friendly, approachable and confident dealing with people at all levels
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
