We're looking for an enthusiastic Learner Enrolment and Admissions Coordinator to join a growing training organisation, playing a key role in welcoming learners and ensuring a smooth, professional enrolment experience. This is a varied position combining customer service, administration and travel across training centres. The Role
- Welcoming and inducting new learners at enrolment sessions
- Delivering engaging presentations to groups of course attendees
- Checking eligibility documentation and verifying learner information
- Carrying out initial assessments and reviewing learner documentation
- Providing Information, Advice and Guidance to prospective learners
- Answering learner queries both face-to-face and over the phone
- Liaising with internal recruitment teams to coordinate enrolment schedules
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate learner records
- Ensuring all compliance and funding evidence is complete and audit-ready
- Supporting external audits and quality assurance processes
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the learner journey
About You
We're looking for someone with a positive, approachable personality who enjoys building relationships and making people feel welcome. Ideally you'll have:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing, learner-facing or admissions role
- Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking to individuals and groups
- The ability to work independently whilst managing multiple priorities
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Office 365
- A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
- An education, training or learner support background would be advantageous, although this isn't essential. The right attitude, confidence and enthusiasm are the most important qualities for success in this role.
Travel
This position requires regular travel across Leeds, Bradford and Huddersfield, with occasional visits to Sunderland and Newcastle. When not travelling, you'll be based full-time in the office.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm Full-time Office based when not travelling.
