An established and growing interior design business is seeking an Internal Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to step into a role within a supportive and ambitious team environment.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a client‑facing role responsible for managing and developing existing customer accounts, building long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue within the business. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service delivery while supporting sales growth through product focuses, upselling, and cross‑selling activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Manage customer accounts and identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales reports
  • Coordinate with external sales teams, customer service, and operations departments
  • Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction levels
  • Maintain accurate customer records using Pipedrive CRM
  • Identify opportunities to increase account value and customer retention
  • Support the wider sales team in achieving business targets
Skills & Experience Required
  • Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship roles
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities
  • Experience using CRM systems, ideally Pipedrive
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Commercially aware with a proactive approach to problem‑solving
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
