An established and growing interior design business is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role responsible for managing and developing existing customer accounts, building long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue within the business.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service delivery while supporting sales growth through product focuses, upselling, and cross-selling activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
