We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR and Compliance Administrator to support both the HR and Compliance functions of the business.

This varied role will involve coordinating the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to leavers, maintaining accurate HR records, supporting payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external funding and audit requirements.

This position would suit an experienced administrator with excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Previous HR administration experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training can be provided for the right individual.

Leeds City Centre (LS1), 28,000 per annum, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm This is a fully office-based position.

Key Responsibilities HR Administration Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and within required timescales.

Process employment references and right to work documentation.

Arrange and monitor DBS checks where required.

Prepare contracts of employment, contract amendments and change of terms documentation.

Administer probation review processes and maintain accurate employee records.

Process employee leavers and ensure all relevant documentation is completed.

Collate payroll information including starters, leavers, contractual changes, sickness, holiday and payroll amendments ...
