Are you someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and making sure customers get the very best experience? You'll become a key point of contact for your customers, getting to know their needs, helping them make the most of the products and services available to them and ensuring they continue to receive value throughout their journey.
The Role
- Developing positive, long-term relationships with a range of customers.
- Guiding new customers through their initial onboarding and helping them get up and running.
- Acting as a trusted contact for customer queries and providing support by telephone and email.
- Getting to know your customers and understanding their individual requirements.
- Keeping an eye on customer engagement and recognising when someone may need additional support.
- Proactively contacting customers to check in, understand their experience and identify opportunities to improve their relationship with the business.
- Taking ownership of customer issues and seeing them through to a successful resolution.
- Recording customer information and interactions accurately.
- Gathering customer feedback and identifying recurring issues or opportunities for improvement.
- Working alongside internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure a smooth experience.
- Sharing customer feedback and insight with colleagues to help improve products, services and processes.
- Supporting customer retention, renewals and repeat business.
What We're Looking For
- We're looking for someone who is naturally customer-focused but also understands the importance of building lasting commercial relationships.
- You'll ideally have experience in customer success and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone and via email.
- You'll also need to be:
- Confident and professional when dealing with customers.
- A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Proactive rather than someone who waits to be asked.
- Organised and able to manage a portfolio of customers effectively.
- A good problem solver who enjoys finding practical solutions.
- Comfortable using customer information and data to identify trends or potential issues.
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of the importance of customer retention.
- Able to work collaboratively with different internal teams.
- Detail-focused with good administration and record-keeping skills.
