We're currently recruiting on behalf of our well-established, Halifax-based client who is looking to bring in a Customer Account Manager to join their team on a 12-month FTC. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent service, and playing a key role in customer retention and satisfaction. Salary - up to £28,000.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customers, focusing on engagement, satisfaction and retention
- Build strong relationships through regular contact and proactive communication
- Support onboarding of new customers
- Identify at-risk accounts and take action to improve retention
- Monitor customer activity
- Work closely with internal teams to improve the customer experience
- Review feedback to spot trends and improvements
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and updates
- Support customers with renewals
