Leeds | Hybrid | £20-£25p/h DOE

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to take ownership of a varied financial portfolio spanning business and charitable accounts, alongside personal projects. This is a part-time opportunity (three days per week initially) with scope to expand as the role develops.

The role will include:

Full financial management of a professional project team, including overseeing day-to-day bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, processing and approving payments, tracking expenses, managing budgets, and producing accurate reports for review by key stakeholders
Setting up and maintaining accounts for a new charity, working closely with the project lead to ensure compliance, clear reporting, and smooth financial operationsThe ideal candidate will have:

Strong experience with Xero accounting software
Confidence working with accounts managed via Google Drive
Proven ability to work independently and proactively, with minimal supervision
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure
Excellent communication skills, with experience collaborating across multiple stakeholders
Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive personal and financial informationThis opportunity offers:
