We are currently recruiting for a detail-focused Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a busy finance team on a temporary basis due to sickness. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate accounts, with a strong focus on supplier statement reconciliations across multiple accounts. Fully office based 13-14ph

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all supplier accounts are fully reconciled on a regular basis, identifying and addressing any variances
  • Handling invoice queries, chasing missing documentation, and resolving payment-related issues
  • Keeping the purchase ledger accurate and well-maintained at all times
  • Working closely with both external suppliers and internal departments to quickly resolve discrepancies
  • Assisting with month end tasks to make sure financial records are complete and up to date

About you:

  • Experience within a Purchase Ledger / Accounts role
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills
