Do you have a current DBS and are free for 4-6 weeks work asap? A client based in Birmigham are looking for two people to join them helping the student induction process. This could range from Administration to guided campus tours but a valid DBS is essential. Hours 09.00-13.30 or 10.00-14.00 Monday to Friday Responsibilities include: All admin around induction – documentation and ID Monitor student attendance Provide administrative support to the Learning Support tutors Order office supplies Help with accomodation queries Keep up-to-date files of all paperwork Input and keep records relating to overtime payments for teaching staff, invigilators and visiting lecturers on a monthly basis Please call the office on or email (url removed) asap – you could start as soon as next week Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
