Our client is an established and expanding organisation based in Halifax, looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

This is a full-time role, and working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

This is a hybrid role, with one day per week working from home.

The role

Conducting inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.
Offering advice to customers.
Maintaining a positive relationship with all clients.
Day to day administrative project management tasks
Recording key information on a range of systems, including an internal database.
Providing clear and accurate reporting.
Support training of new starters as required.
General admin support to the wider team.Key skills

Minimum 2 years contact centre or call centre experience required.
Excellent communication skills
Customer focused
Able to solve problems by analysing information and recommending solutions.
Telephone and call handling experience
Excellent time management.
Able to work as part of a team, whilst also managing your own workload.
