Our client is an established, family-run company looking for an experienced Administrator to join their operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a people-focused company. This is a fully office-based role and hours are Monday to Friday.
The role:
- Liaising with customers and clients via phone and email.
- Inputting bookings and data on to a centralised system.
- Providing quotes.
- Providing updates on orders and lead times.
- Updating Excel spreadsheets with relevant data.
- Liaising with external professionals.
- Preparing documents.
