We\’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Assistant PA to join a growing company with a unique and interesting product and strong values, to provide crucial day-to-day support to the Senior Executive Assistant and leadership team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Administration seeking their first step into a PA role. Location: East Leeds Salary: £28,000 Key Responsibilities: Report directly to the Senior Executive Assistant, providing hands-on support and ensuring alignment with leadership priorities and company objectives. Partner with the Senior Executive Assistant to manage executive schedules, calendars, and meetings, ensuring leaders are organised and operating efficiently. Support daily business operations across departments, coordinating tasks and maintaining effective information flow. Handle correspondence and documentation-drafting, formatting, and maintaining records to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility. Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and logistics, ensuring seamless execution for both internal and external engagements. Act as a first point of contact for inquiries, directing communication appropriately and ensuring timely responses. Provide administrative support to leadership and team members, assisting with priorities, deadlines, and workflows. Contribute to process improvements by working with the Senior Executive Assistant to streamline administrative systems and create scalable efficiencies. About You: 1-2 years Administration experience Exceptional organisational skills with a strong attention to detail. Confident managing multiple tasks and supporting senior stakeholders.
