Our client is an established global law firm based in Leeds City Centre and they are looking for an Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate must speak and write fluently in German or Dutch. This is an excellent opportunity for an Administrator who has experience within a similar role, to add to and expand their skillset. This role is hybrid after training, with 2 days a week in the office and 3 days from home. Main Responsibilities: Creating and sending letters. Invoicing and billing. Email clients and associates. Adding information to an online system. Ensuring all dates on the system are input correctly. Producing tables using Word tables and Excel. Producing documents using Adobe. Completing standard forms. Assisting the team as required with basic administration support. Dealing with sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Keeping track of and managing timelines, maintaining a diary system so deadlines are met efficiently and accurately. Liaising with internal colleagues and departments to ensure all deadlines are met. About you: At least one year of experience in a professional services or legal environment. Ability to self-manage and prioritise workloads. An enthusiastic team player. Excellent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy. A great communicator. Flexible and proactive attitude.
