A global technology company are looking for an experienced Sales Enablement L&D Specialist to join their team on an initial 12 month assignment. The successful candidate will join a global team to execute a shared services delivery support model, whilst ensuring that partner sales managers and sales trainers are properly equipped to train and onboard their sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Call coaching and quality assurance
- Drive vendor partner quality assurance processes, assessing the quality of manager coaching and consultant conversations
- Work with quality assessors to align QA process and execution
- Attend quarterly business reviews for partner sites
- Delivery monthly business reviews to sales leadership team, sharing data insights and actions to prioritise
- Evaluate team leader coaching sessions, providing feedback
- Drive and document call evaluation calibration sessions
