A global technology company is looking for an experienced Content Specialist (Product Technology) to join their team on an initial 12-month assignment. The successful candidate will manage workstreams to refine content experiences across the platforms and products. You will have excellent editorial judgment, the ability to drive processes and organize execution across a variety of projects and products, and have a basic understanding of data analysis. You will also help guide the success of the team through coaching, collaboration, and building relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Provide content strategy for guidelines that help review content at scale, maintaining commitment to accuracy and consistency.
- Manage day-to-day facilitation of project execution at the workstream level.
- Develop lightweight, repeatable processes, workflows and content templates that keep the team nimble and successful in a culture that values moving fast and iterating quickly.
- Collaborate with our content and product teams to improve user experience.
- Perform analysis and produce reports with compelling, actionable insights for our partners.
Skills/Experience:
- 10+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience with social media platforms, content discovery tools and content strategy.
- Knowledge of project management and leading a team through the cycle of the creative process.
- A proven track record of managing complex workflows with operational expertise.
- Creative self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate given information.
