We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join a busy team in Crawley. This role would suit someone with a solid background in sales administration who can hit the ground running and confidently manage a busy sales function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales order process, from quotation through to invoicing
- Process and track customer orders accurately
- Liaise confidently with customers, the sales team, and other departments to resolve queries
- Maintain and update CRM and sales databases
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and documentation for management
- Manage pricing, contracts, and account administration
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a sales administration role
- Confident, hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales databases
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office
