Temporary PA
Fully remote home-based role
Must be available to start immediately
Hours: Monday to Friday 35 hours per week
Pay rate: Up to 21ph
Duration: ASAP until 30th November, with a chance of extension
The role
We're looking for a strong PA to provide administrative support on a temporary basis, covering a period of sick leave. You'll report to the Executive Assistant, with your day-to-day work supporting our Director of Operations.
Key duties
- Diary management
- Travel and accommodation booking
- Creating agendas for team meetings
- Venue searching for in-person meetings in December
About you
- Previous PA/ senior administration experience
- Confident juggling different tasks at any one time
- Comfortable working with minimal direction
- Personable character, a strong communicator
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work with complete confidentiality
