A growing business is seeking an organised and customer-focused Sales Support & Customer Service Executive to join its commercial team at their beautiful, modern and friendly office in Reigate. This role supports Sales Managers and manages customer orders from quote through to delivery, ensuring accuracy, clear communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting Sales Managers with quotations, pricing and administration
- Processing and verifying customer orders in line with agreed terms
- Acting as first point of contact for order and account queries
- Monitoring open orders and resolving issues with Supply Chain and Finance
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM and ERP systems
About you:
- 3+ years' experience in sales support, customer service or order processing
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, B2B environment
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- ERP system experience (Dynamics F&O or similar desirable)
