We are recruiting for a proactive and organised Contracts Administrator to join a friendly, supportive team within a growing business on the outskirts of Redhill. The Role
- Supporting a Contracts Manager and engineering team
- Manage a portfolio of contracts
- Coordinate engineers and reactive call-outs
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Raise purchase orders and support invoicing
- Update internal systems and maintain accurate records
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure contracts run smoothly
About You
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
