We're looking for a Quality & Content Administrator to join a growing business in a varied and supportive administrative role. This is a brand-new position offering full training - perfect for someone with a strong eye for detail who enjoys working accurately and efficiently across different systems.

The role

  • You'll provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure that all company materials and digital content are accurate, consistent and running smoothly.
  • Typical duties include:
  • Checking documents and online content for spelling, grammar and formatting accuracy
  • Ensuring links, files and certificates are working correctly
  • Uploading and updating information using internal systems (training provided)
  • Making minor edits and adjustments to content when needed
  • Producing reports and maintaining team records
  • Supporting wider administrative projects and ad-hoc tasks
  • Suggesting process improvements where you spot opportunities
  • You'll also learn to provide cover for another team member, giving you the chance to broaden your knowledge of project coordination and reporting.
  • About you

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new software
    • Highly organised with good time management
    • Proactive and inquisitive, with a positive attitude
    • Enjoys working as part of a small, friendly team
    • Desirable (but not essential): experience with any ticketing or tracking systems (e.g. Jira) or knowledge of another language.
