The Role
- Working as part of a busy finance team, you will support the accurate processing of financial transactions and help ensure records are maintained to a high standard.
- Processing purchase ledger invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Matching invoices, obtaining approvals and resolving discrepancies.
- Processing employee expenses.
- Responding to supplier, customer and internal finance queries.
- Processing bank payments and receipts.
- Allocating transactions within the accounting system.
- Completing bank reconciliations.
- Assisting with sales ledger administration.
- Supporting month-end processes and finance deadlines.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
About You
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Good organisational skills and a methodical approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
