You will be joining a friendly and supportive team in modern offices, providing excellent customer service while supporting the wider sales operation. Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handling incoming customer and supplier enquiries by telephone and email
- Building strong relationships with customers and providing a high level of service
- Responding to queries, resolving issues and keeping customers updated
- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly
- Updating customer and order information on internal systems
- Assisting with general sales administration and supporting the wider team
- Ensuring all customer records and information are kept accurate and up to date
About You:
You will have previous office-based customer service experience and be confident handling both telephone and email enquiries. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and a positive, proactive approach to your work. You will be comfortable working in a busy environment, able to manage multiple tasks and confident dealing with customers, suppliers and colleagues. A good level of IT literacy and the ability to learn new systems are also important.
