Logistics Co–ordinator
East Grinstead

We are proud to be working with a leading client to recruit a Logistics Co–ordinator for their busy and dynamic operations team based in East Grinstead.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail–oriented individual who thrives in a fast–paced logistics environment. You\’ll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless dispatch and receipt of finished goods, spare parts, and purchased components both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all freight dispatches and inbound deliveries to ensure timely and cost–effective logistics operations
- Accurately process commercial invoices, certificates of conformity/origin, and manage customs–related documentation
- Support warehouse operations including picking, packing, stock control, and ensuring goods are accurately logged and stored
- Monitor and ensure the correct application of customs duties, tariff, and commodity codes
- Maintain excellent attention to detail to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently
- Provide backup support across the warehouse function as required
What we\’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a logistics, warehousing, or supply chain coordination role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines with minimal supervision
- Good knowledge of customs processes and international shipping (preferred but not essential)
- Experience using inventory management or ERP systems (e.g., M3) would be advantageous
