We're hiring an Internal Sales Account Manager! You will focus on growing sales by working with both new and existing customers. You will identify account growth opportunities, introduce new products, and collaborate with the Business Development Manager to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with existing customers to identify sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
- Generate new business by contacting lapsed and new customers to reintroduce products and services
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to achieve sales targets
- Promote marketing campaigns and product initiatives
- Process orders via the company's webshop and internal systems
- Collaborate with the Sales Support team to manage accounts and administrative tasks
- Keep customer and market data updated and report on customer feedback
- Identify hardware sales opportunities and liaise with the Hardware Sales team
- Handle inbound sales calls and inquiries
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in outbound sales and account management with a focus on business development
- Strong ability to build and grow profitable customer relationships
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for sales
- Confidence, resilience, and the ability to spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Package & Benefits:
- 28,000 - 30,000 starting salary (depending on experience) plus commission (OTE 40,000)
- Contributory pension scheme
- 20 days annual leave (rising to 23 with length of service) plus bank holidays
- Office-based in Crawley with flexible hybrid working available
