Our client is looking for a Team Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous administration experience who is looking to develop their career within financial services.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the team with a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Scheduling meetings with advisers and stakeholders, including arranging Microsoft Teams and face-to-face meetings.
- Collecting, tracking and managing documentation, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintaining accurate compliance records, databases and management information.
- Logging and processing complaints in line with company procedures.
- Managing the e-learning platform and ensuring training records remain up to date.
- Coordinating departmental meetings and training sessions.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for members of the team.
- Raising purchase orders and supporting departmental procurement.
- Maintaining professional accreditation records and ensuring documentation is stored securely.
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to support regulatory and compliance activities.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider department as required.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in an administrative or business support role.
- Experience within financial services would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- A proactive, reliable and professional approach to work.
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team while also being able to work independently.
