Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with a background in Commercial Real Estate or Residential Conveyancing? If you're looking to join a highly regarded professional services firm where you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, this could be the ideal opportunity.
Working within a busy Commercial Real Estate department, you'll provide comprehensive support to a team of approximately four fee earners at varying levels of seniority. This is a varied, fast-paced role where your organisational skills, attention to detail and proactive approach will be highly valued.
The Role
- Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to a team of fee earners
- Managing diaries, arranging meetings and coordinating travel
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence and reports
- Liaising professionally with clients by telephone, email and in person
- Assisting with meeting preparation and business development activities
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems
- Producing Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and reports
- Managing incoming calls, emails and post
- Supporting the wider team with general administration and coordinating occasional team events
About You
- Previous Legal Secretary experience is essential
- Experience within Commercial Real Estate is highly desirable, although applicants with Residential Conveyancing experience will also be considered
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong typing and Microsoft Office skills
- Professional, confident and client-focused with excellent communication skills
- Highly organised, proactive and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
