Resourcing Assistant
Full time, Hybrid (2/3 days in the office)
A well‑established professional services business is looking for a Resourcing Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone highly organised, proactive and people‑focused who enjoys working in a busy and fast‑paced environment. Previous resourcing, scheduling or coordination experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
This is a varied role requiring strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating schedules, workloads, training and leave across teams
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Supporting planning and resource allocation to ensure projects run efficiently
- Acting as a key point of contact for resourcing queries and updates
- Managing and maintaining accurate data and reporting information
- Helping identify and resolve scheduling clashes or resource challenges
- Supporting process improvements and contributing ideas to improve efficiency
Successful Candidate Will Have
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence liaising with stakeholders at all levels
- The ability to prioritise effectively and work well under pressure
- A proactive and solutions‑focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT skills including Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Office
