We are looking for a Delivery Consultant to join our education recruitment team, supporting schools and settings by placing high-quality SEND professionals. This role is ideal for former SEND teachers, TAs, LSAs, support workers or SENCOs who want to stay connected to SEND education - while stepping away from the classroom.
What you’ll be doing:
- Sourcing and supporting SEND professionals across schools and settings
- Building strong, trusted relationships with candidates
- Matching people to roles based on experience, needs and preferences
- Supporting SEND vacancies from brief through to placement
