We are looking for a detail–oriented Finance Assistant to support a busy Finance/Business team in a dynamic, fast–paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build on their financial administration experience and contribute to a rewarding cause.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders, receipts, invoices, and reconcile financial records
- Maintain accurate accounts and liaise with suppliers and contractors
- Support VAT returns
- Manage petty cash and ensure best value in financial processes
- Provide general financial admin support and guidance to staff
- Handle financial queries from suppliers and stakeholders
- Assist with filing and maintaining electronic records
- Contribute to improving financial systems and processes
- Cover reception and general office duties as required
