The Role
As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience across multiple communication channels.
You'll be responsible for resolving customer enquiries efficiently, handling complaints professionally, and ensuring every interaction reflects a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via multiple communication channels, delivering first-time resolutions wherever possible.
- Handle inbound customer calls in line with service level agreements and quality standards.
- Follow up with customers to ensure queries and issues are fully resolved.
- Investigate customer concerns and escalate where appropriate.
- Liaise with internal departments and third-party providers, including couriers, to resolve customer issues.
- Manage customer complaints through to a satisfactory resolution.
- Process customer payments and refunds while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
- Complete general administration tasks.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer service processes and ways of working.
