What you will be doing:
- Processing applications and submitting permits for upcoming roadworks and utility maintenance.
- Updating internal databases with accurate timings, locations, and site details.
- Liaising with local highway authorities and internal engineering teams to coordinate road space.
- Monitoring deadlines to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Handling general administrative tasks to support the wider scheduling and operations team.
